New "Accept pending transactions" option for Bank Feed service

The option to accept pending transactions has been added to each institution in your feeds! This has been a long time coming, and means that if your institution features un-confirmed transactions you’re able to make sure everything is always up-to-date.

More can be read about [pending transactions here][2], including more details on how they’re dealt with and cases when you may want to turn the option off. We’ve turned pending transactions on by default, so if your institution uses pending transactions then they’ll appear on your [Bank Statements page][3].
