Bank Feed "Auto-categorize transactions where possible" now optional

An update has been made which allows you to choose to ignore the automatic categorization given by our Bank Feed data providers. Users and ourselves have found that the quality varies greatly, and for established users they are generally more of a hinderance than a help.
