All loan accounts now showing in bank feed service

All loan accounts now showing in bank feed service

An issue was identified where some accounts were not being identified by the bank feed service, particularly Loan accounts. This was due to inconsistencies we hadn’t experienced before with the way that the accounts were being returned by the data provider.

This has now been resolved, and all Loan accounts should now be displaying correctly in the feeds overlay the next time you login to PocketSmith.

If you find that any of your accounts or loans that are displayed in your internet banking interface are not shown in the Feeds overlay, please get in touch and we can investigate.
