Mobile Engineer (Android / iOS)

Location: Dunedin, Thames or remote in New Zealand

PocketSmith is one of the world's most comprehensive and innovative personal finance solutions. We build excellent money management software used by people from Angola to Zurich.

Beyond this, our goal is to help our users improve their relationship with their money. This is a rewarding problem to solve as a team, particularly as good financial management changes our customers' lives for the better.

You'll be joining our mobile engineering team to continuously improve our mobile offerings on iOS and Android platforms. You'll have experience in mobile application development with a solid work history, and have example applications and code that show us what you got (sic).

Our engineering team is a small close-knit team which punches above its weight. We're based throughout the country, but meet together in our home city Dunedin a few times a year. We're a remote-first team, but appreciate the opportunity to all get into a room together.

We pride ourselves on a flexible work environment, where needing to pick the kids up or head to an appointment is never an issue. We have proven systems in place that allow our people to manage how their work day is structured.
