What will you be doing as a Customer Support Agent?

We’re currently in the process of migrating our customers to Data Connections, which improves the way our customers connect PocketSmith to their banks worldwide.

In most cases, customers can successfully perform the migration themselves, but a few will encounter hiccups along the way.

We’re looking for a Customer Support Agent to work with our support team on a contract basis for 12 weeks to help us triage and liaise with these customers, helping our Support team manage the temporary increase in demand.This means you’ll be troubleshooting problems as a first point of contact, escalating issues and providing empathetic and helpful email responses to our users. We’ll provide you with the necessary training and tools to do the work. It’ll be a big plus if you have excellent communication skills and can help our customers feel better through a potentially stressful situation.

Our customer support is web and email based, so you’ll be supporting our users via email and our other online channels. Your hours can be flexible and there are options to work remotely when necessary. You’ll be a hard worker, have a sense of humor, be able to take initiative, and importantly, have empathy for the needs of our customers.
