You can upload a CSV file from any bank, specify the format of the CSV and then save the format for future use.
| 1. | Navigate to the ‘Transaction Accounts’ page |

| 2. | Select a CSV file within the ‘Upload’ tab of your Transaction Account |

| 3. | The format selection drop-down will appear – initially the only option will be to choose ‘Specify Format’. If you already have a format set up, you are able to select this to process the selected file with. |

| 4. | Click ‘Upload file’ |
| 1. | CSV Name – if you enter a name here, the format will be saved so you can select it from the format selection drop-down for future uploads. |

| 2. | CSV Columns – this shows a sample of rows from your uploaded file, so you can specify what each of the columns in the file represents – e.g. the date, amount, description etc |

Specify what each column in your file is – at minimum a date, description and amount column is required.

| 4. | Click ‘Set and Complete Upload’ to upload the CSV file, and save the format if you have entered a name for the CSV in step 1. |
